This refreshing serve starts with fresh mint, carefully distilled at low temperatures (under 35ºC) to preserve its vibrant, leafy character. Distilled Palo Santo wood adds a unique depth, bringing warm, woody and gently mentholated notes from Peru. It’s then rounded out with a generous pour of Eminente Ambar Claro 3 Year Rum, balanced with zesty lime, a touch of sugar, and a hint of lactic acid for a smooth, bright finish.
