Courtney and Peter - northerners , who moved to Margate via London. Peter is a beer enthusiast who has always wanted to open a bottle shop. Courtney hates beer and is a coeliac, which is one of the reasons Drops had to be more inclusive.
Peter
You’ll see Peter the most, he’s in charge of operations, stock and deliveries. Ask him about IPAs and sours. He also likes running.
Courtney
Courtney is responsible for fun things like brand relationships and Drops' marketing. Ask her about margaritas.
Beryl
Beryl the whippet works minimal hours and is often caught napping on the job. She's scared of the cargo bike but tests some of the snacks.
