No need to fear the clouds—they can’t hurt you. Inspired by Japanese taproom culture, Totopia Brewery (Nagoya, Japan) collaborated with the Cloudwater team to craft a big, juicy DDH IPA. Overflowing with Chinook, Centennial, Enigma, Citra, Simcoe, and Ariana hops, the beer balances spice, peppery herbs, and fruity notes of peach ring, lime, and white grape skin. Perfectly bitter, perfectly drinkable. Kanpai, tomodachi!
