Skypuncher

A collaboration with Vibrant Forest Brewery, this is inspired by the Belgian IPAs that emerged from the US in the mid-2000s, this brew combines spicy, tropical, and subtle banana notes from a carefully selected yeast strain with the vibrant hop character of Spalter Select, Motueka, and Citra. The result is a bold yet balanced fusion of old-world tradition and new-world flair.
