A small-production southern Rhône red from Gard, made by Romain Le Bars from just 1.5 hectares of vines. A 50/50 blend of Carignan (from his own vineyards) and Cinsault (from Julien Daumas), sourced from the Gard region. Fermented using a mix of carbonic maceration and traditional methods, then aged in old barrels with minimal sulphur to preserve freshness and drinkability. Juicy red cherry and wild berry fruit lead, with soft spice, floral lift and a gentle earthy edge. Silky, vibrant and highly drinkable, finishing light, fresh and quietly structured.
