The Beeswax Sazerac from Daisy Drinks is a local craft spirit at 30.2% ABV, inspired by the classic New Orleans cocktail. Organic beeswax and a hint of coconut create a rich, honeyed sweetness, layered with the subtle spice of Few Rye Torres 15 and a whisper of smoked salt. Finished with Reychauds bitters and a touch of St George Absinthe, it’s smooth, complex and perfectly balanced — ideal for three generous servings on the rocks.
