Capybara Collage is a New England IPA brewed in collaboration with A Hoppy Place, hopped with Citra and Amarillo for a bright, expressive tropical profile. Layers of peach, passionfruit and grapefruit come together in a soft, hazy body, delivering a smooth, juicy saturation of fruit with a clean citrus lift. Aromatic and easy-drinking, it balances vibrant hop intensity with a rounded, modern softness. Awarded Best Canned IPA in the South East at the Indie Beer Digital Beer Awards, it’s a playful composition of flavour—Capybara Collage.
