Latex is a light, refreshing pale ale dry-hopped with Motueka and Nelson Sauvin, creating a bright and expressive flavour profile. Its soft, lightly hazy body provides the perfect backdrop for vibrant citrus and white grape character. Aromas of zesty citrus, white grape, and a hint of passionfruit carry through onto the palate, where subtle orange, fresh lemon, and gentle tropical fruit notes add further complexity.
