Leather is a bold, hazy IPA brewed with Mosaic and Dolcita hops, showcasing an intensely juicy tropical profile. A hop-dipping technique amplifies the fruit character, while Stalljen kveik yeast, fermented at a higher temperature, enhances the beer’s vibrant flavours. Ripe mango, tangerine, and bright citrus lead both the aroma and palate, joined by juicy notes of pineapple. The hazy texture adds softness and richness to the full-bodied mouthfeel, while a refreshing citrus edge keeps everything balanced.
