An icon by any measure, Putty returns once again as its much-anticipated annual January release, brewed faithfully to the original, untouchable recipe. This Double IPA is built on a luxurious malt bill of Golden Promise, amplified by a higher proportion of wheat malt, oats and flaked wheat for a pillowy, expansive body and remarkable balance. A delicately soft water profile sets the stage for lavish whirlpool additions of Galaxy, Mosaic and Azacca, before an exhaustive dry hop layers the beer with depth and intensity. The result is a beautifully sculpted powerhouse — rich, refined and saturated with hop character — a benchmark DIPA and a true collector’s pour
