The Raspberry Incident follows a mixed fermentation before being loaded with whole raspberries at a generous 300g/l, delivering an unmistakably vivid fruit intensity. Deep red in the glass with a soft pink foam, it bursts forward with ripe berry character before a bright, mouthwatering acidity cuts through. Bold, expressive, and sharply refreshing. Gluten-free.
