A Syrah rosé from high-altitude parcels in Chiroubles, Beaujolais, grown on decomposed pink granite soils. Whole-cluster pressed with native yeast fermentation and minimal intervention, it’s aged in stainless steel to preserve freshness and precision. Bright and lifted, with notes of red berries, citrus peel and a subtle savoury edge, balanced by crisp acidity and a clean, mineral finish—more Northern Rhône in spirit, with a distinctly Beaujolais energy.
