Bulgae is a gluten-free Red IPA that balances rich malt character with bold American hop flavour. Crystal and amber malts provide a backbone of caramel and biscuit sweetness, while Centennial, Simcoe and Chinook bring assertive piney bitterness. A generous dry hop of Simcoe, Azacca and Galaxy layers in vibrant citrus, grapefruit and resinous pine, creating a beer that’s full-flavoured, well-balanced and satisfyingly moreish.
