The 2026 STF Belgian Christmas Ale brings together a rich malt backbone and layers of festive flavour. Chevalier heritage malt lays down notes of fresh bread and honey, while Crystal and Chocolate malts add sweet dates, toasted nuts and a touch of tobacco. Cacao nibs and husks from Bare Bones Chocolate bring a developing layer of dark chocolate, complemented by fruity Belgian yeast character and a pinch of white pepper spice. Rich and warming, with a surprisingly clean finish — a proper Christmas treat.
