Whitstable Oyster Brewing’s Coastal Thicket is a vibrant raspberry Gose built on a rich, wheat-heavy base, with a huge 120kg of raspberry purée bringing fresh and jammy berry character. Sea salt and cracked coriander add a gentle salinity and subtle black pepper spice, cutting through the fruit and keeping the sourness bright.
