This traditional Munich-style Dunkel is an unfiltered dark lager with a rich, smooth malt character and a deep amber-brown colour. A blend of Vienna, Maris Otter, Amber, Chocolate and Carafa Spezial 3 malts brings layers of toasted malt, caramel and dark chocolate, while Mandarina Bavaria hops add a subtle lift of tangerine and orange. Medium-bodied and beautifully smooth, with just enough citrus bitterness to balance the malt sweetness.
