This final IPA from Queer Brewing is a fitting farewell, showcasing a huge combination of Azacca, Citra, Idaho 7, Nelson Sauvin and Strata through mash-hopping, hop dip and an enormous dry hop. Bursting with passion fruit, pink guava, mango, pineapple and peach sweeties, it’s soft, juicy and packed with tropical character. A gentle bitterness keeps everything in balance, bringing one of the brewery’s last beers to a memorable close.
