El Coo Cooi

Named after the traditional tale boogeyman, this Mexican lager is tight, refreshing and golden yellow, with a slightly fuller finish thanks to sweet maize in the grist. A long fermentation followed by extended ice-cold conditioning creates a crisp, clean beer with dense white foam and naturally high carbonation. Great with a wedge of lime, but even better all on its own.
