Ode to Aphrodite is a gentle table beer from Closet Brewing, brewed with Otherworld Brewing as the companion to their Pride collaboration, Sappho. Inspired by Sappho’s famous poem and the fruits of Lesbos, the island often regarded as the birthplace of the term “lesbian”, it offers delicate notes of floral orange and ripe peach.
