Polpo Pils

This pale Italian Pilsner is brewed with Ereclea malt, made from barley grown along Italy’s Adriatic coast. German Saphir hops are added during the boil and post-fermentation, before four weeks of lagering creates a beautifully rounded, full-bodied beer. Expect freshly baked bread and honey alongside aromatic tangerine, ripe berries and delicate floral notes. A refined, food-friendly lager that’s particularly well suited to a plate of fritto misto.
