Born from a collaborative effort to care for the vines at Tonford Manor Vineyard, this unique Pinot Noir sits beautifully in the space between a light red and a rosé. Made from six Pinot Noir clones grown in Hambledon, Kent, it is 100% destemmed and gently handled throughout fermentation to preserve purity and finesse. Bottled unfiltered, it offers bright red fruit character, freshness and elegance, with a delicate structure that makes it wonderfully versatile and easy to enjoy.
