A distinctive copper-red Saison built on a rich Vienna malt base, with a creamy white head and plenty of character. Berry fruit and banana lead the way, joined by tangerine, red grapefruit, gooseberry and lychee, with a gentle peppery spice and a fruitcake-like malt backbone. Full-bodied yet bone dry, finishing with a crisp bitterness and subtle red-wine tannins.
