Packed with 100 litres of Katie’s Pineapple & Jalapeño cordial, it opens with juicy pineapple before bright tartness gives way to a gentle chilli warmth. Unusual, refreshing and brilliantly balanced, this is one of those beers that really shouldn’t work… but absolutely does.
